About Us

Butterfly clay is a small ceramic arts studio operating in a retired airplane factory on the Mystic River in Everett MA. The studio is run by a small team of dedicated artists who hope to maintain an accessible space for local creators.

Group and private classes are taught by Demitra Charoensing, a studio potter with over fifteen years of experience in hand building and wheel throwing.

We are open to hosting community art events such as craft nights or knitting clubs in an effort to provide a third space for our neighbors.
